Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to you, to your assistant acting for you and to the people you let use it.

1. Nothing unlawful. No fraud, scams, phishing, money laundering or other unlawful use, and nothing that helps someone else do it.
2. No harm to people. Do not use the service to harass, threaten, deceive or abuse other people, to stir up hatred or violence, or to create or share sexual content involving minors or intimate images of anyone without their consent.
3. No secret surveillance. Do not watch, track or record anyone without their knowledge, follow a person's location without their consent, identify strangers by their face or voice, or compile a profile of a person from many sources. Family members and partners are no exception.
4. No impersonation. Do not make your assistant pretend to be a real person or an organization, imitate a real person's voice without their written consent, or tell someone who asks that it is a human. Do not create fakes of real people to deceive anyone.
5. No spam and no robocalls. No unsolicited bulk messages, telemarketing, sales or political calls, calls or texts to lists of numbers, calls to people who said stop, and no recording of a call without the consent the law requires. Your assistant calls and writes to people only on your own request and for your own affairs.
6. No abuse of other services. Do not use your assistant to get around CAPTCHAs or other protections against bots, to scrape websites at scale against their terms, to create fake accounts, to evade a ban or to fake reviews, votes or engagement.
7. No attacks. No malware, no attacks on our systems or on anyone else's, no attempts to reach another account's data, and no attempts to extract the service's software, instructions or other customers' data, including by tricking an assistant.
8. Nothing dangerous. Do not use the service to make or obtain weapons, explosives or illegal drugs, to plan violence or self-harm, or to offer medical, legal or financial services to other people as if your assistant were a professional.
9. Apps and pages you make. An app or page made with your assistant may not collect other people's data without telling them and getting their consent, ask for passwords or payment details under false pretenses, or infringe someone's copyright or trademark.
10. Other platforms' rules. Use Telegram and every service you connect within its own terms.
11. Sanctions. Do not use the service contrary to sanctions or export control law.
12. What we do. We may warn you, limit a feature, remove content, suspend or close an account, and report to the authorities where the law requires. Report misuse to requests@lomray.com.
