AI and Autonomy Disclosure
Version 2026-10-23
Your Zhorvel assistant is an artificial intelligence. This page says what that means, what it does on its own and what always waits for you.
- It is an AI, not a person. Your assistant has a name and a character, but it is software built on AI language models. Its answers are written by software, not by people on our team, and our team does not read your conversations; what reaches us is only what the Privacy Policy describes.
- It can be wrong. It can misunderstand you, state wrong facts with confidence, get dates, times and amounts wrong and act on outdated information. Check what matters before you rely on it.
- Your settings decide what it does on its own. For each kind of action you choose whether your assistant asks you first, acts and tells you, or acts quietly, and you can change that in its settings or tell it in your own words. Its activity screen lists what it did on its own; you can mark an act as wrong or ask it to undo what can be undone.
- What always waits for you. Money moves only on your own tap or within a spending permission you set with its limits. Accepting terms, deleting your account and entering payment details are always done by you, and a person you introduced gives their own consents themselves.
- Stopping does not undo. If you stop your assistant, it stops what it has not done yet. A message already sent, a call already made or an order already placed stays done.
- Text written to mislead it. Emails, web pages and documents can contain text written to trick an AI into doing something. Your assistant is built to treat what it reads as information, not as your instructions, but no protection is perfect, so give it only the access it needs.
- When it deals with other people. On calls from our shared number it says at the start that it is an AI assistant calling on your behalf. What it writes or says for you is sent in your name, and you are responsible for it.
- What it remembers. It remembers what you tell it in your own space so that it can help you better, and it can forget something when you ask. We do not use your conversations to train AI models.
- It is not a professional or a crisis service. It does not give medical, legal or financial advice, it does not replace a doctor or therapist, and it cannot call emergency services for you. If you are thinking about harming yourself, or someone is in danger, call 911 or your local emergency number. In the United States you can call or text 988 at any time.
- Questions. Ask your assistant, or write to requests@lomray.com.
