Family and Shared Assistant Consent

You can introduce family members and other adults to your assistant so that it helps them too. This page is for you and for them.

Adults only. Every person you introduce must be 18 or older.
How someone joins. You introduce the person, and they talk to the assistant in their own chat or in the Zhorvel app on their own phone. Tell them that it is an AI assistant of your account.
What stays theirs. What a person you introduce tells the assistant stays private to them. You do not see their conversation, and the assistant does not tell you what they said unless they agree.
Location and health. A person shares their location or health data only themselves, from their own chat or their own Zhorvel app, and only what they choose. The assistant tells no one, you included, where they are or how they are unless they agreed in their own chat or app. They can stop sharing at any time in the same place and ask the assistant to delete what it received.
Never in secret. You may not use the assistant to watch, track or listen to anyone without their knowledge, to read their messages or to pressure them into sharing. Consent must be the person's own and given freely.
Leaving. A person you introduced can stop talking to the assistant at any time, ask it to forget them, or write to us at requests@lomray.com, and we delete what the assistant keeps about them.
Your responsibility. The account and its costs are yours, and you are responsible for what the assistant does for the people you introduce. Their consents belong to them, and neither you nor the assistant can give them in their place.
